Each year in January we discuss our wellness goals that we have for ourselves and set new goals. Some of these goals are personal while some include our spouse or family. In July we like to follow-up on those goals to sort of keep each other accountable. So today we’ll be touching base on our 2020 goals and setting a few new goals for 2021, as well as providing some gratitude for the dumpster fire that was 2020!
